1. What this covers
These terms apply only to the Avlyia Sense waitlist. By submitting your email address, you agree to receive a single notification when Avlyia Sense becomes available. No other commitments are made on either side at this stage.
2. What we collect
We collect your email address and the date and time of your submission. We collect nothing else.
3. How we use it
Your email address is used solely to notify you of the Avlyia Sense launch. We will not send marketing messages, share your address with third parties, or use it for any other purpose.
4. How we store it
Your email is stored on Cloudflare infrastructure located in Canada and the United States. It is retained until Avlyia Sense launches or until you request deletion, whichever comes first.
5. Your rights
You may request deletion of your email address at any time by contacting us at legal@avlyia.com. We will remove your address within 30 days of receiving your request. These rights are consistent with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
6. Removal from the waitlist
You may remove yourself from the waitlist at any time by emailing legal@avlyia.com with the subject line "Remove me." We will confirm deletion within 30 days.
7. No product warranty
Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access to Avlyia Sense, a specific launch date, or any particular features. The product is in active development and may change.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
9. Changes
If we update these terms in a material way before launch, we will notify waitlist members by email prior to the change taking effect.
